Embedding Fonts: Click to Convert fully supports the embedding of TrueType fonts in PDFs. Click to Convert can also embed font-subsets to reduce PDF file size. With HTML files, Click to Convert allows you precise control over how fonts are mapped from the original document to the HTML document.
Adding Bookmarks: Click to Convert will automatically extract and preserver your MS Office links, bookmarks, heading and tables of contents. Additionally, from within MS Word, you can choose which styles will be treated as “bookmarks” in PDFs or table of contents entries in HTML.
Viewing and E-mailing Files: To create and view the PDF and/or HTML files simply click the “Create” button in the Publish Settings window. To e-mail your PDFs, simply click the “Email” button instead of the “Create” button - your default e-mail client will automatically be started with a new message created and the PDFs attached.
